I know many good trades people. My little black book of awesome contractors. Some are very good and make it into my book, others have performed one job only as a personal referral from me to a client.

The client calling me with the problem with their home, was originally referred to me.  It is how we met. That said, I am grateful for them trusting me with getting them into their home and I take their phone calls very serious.


The person who called me had heard of me from someone else referring them to me in the first place. That person was willing to put their name to my services.  So when I send a referral out. I get hyper concerned with the outcome. It reflects on me and my business model and most important, I have a client calling me with a problem with their home,  they’re relying on my help.  I want to make sure they have the most skilled, fair and honest work they can get.
