Are there bigger better sites to search for homes? Yes.
If you have read this far you know there is Zillow, Redfin, Trulia and hundreds of real estate company websites that allow you to search for property. I can’t compete with bigger sites and I wouldn’t even want to try.
All properties in Thurston County originate and begin their online journey in the NWMLS. We as listing agents submit our information for sellers homes to NWMLS immediately. From there the data and information begins to make its way out to your favorite sites.
MLS ~ The Multiple Listing Service is as old as real estate sales itself. It has always been a central data bank for real estate brokers to share their information and cooperate with other brokers.
My role in all this is to make myself available to you for questions on your search, your questions about the home buying process, your questions about any property that you might find. Then ultimately represent you on the purchase of your home.
